Shipping policy

At SŒURS, we pack and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. You can generally expect delivery within 1–2 business days in Denmark - and 2-7 dags international.

Delivery within Denmark
We offer free shipping on all orders above DKK 1.000 within Denmark. Free shipping is sent with GLS to your nearest parcel shop. For orders below DKK 1.000, shipping can be added for DKK 50 to a parcel shop or DKK 70 for home delivery. It is always possible to select in-store pickup during checkout and collect your order at our store in Gilleleje during opening hours. We will send you an email and SMS notification as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for collection.

International delivery
International orders are generally delivered to a parcel shop or pickup point, depending on local delivery options and destination. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery to Norway
Please note that Norway is not part of the EU, and local import charges may therefore apply. Orders shipped to Norway may be subject to Norwegian VAT, customs duties, and handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon delivery. We recommend checking applicable local regulations before placing your order.
